RD Development

RD Developments is a small group of friends that work on space-based games in their spare time. Our first significant release was Iridium Empire, a multiplayer strategy game for iOS. Now we're bringing multiplayer space combat to the Raspberry Pi!

The team:

• Ben Lowing: An astrophysicist at the Institute for Computational Cosmology, Durham University. When not working on astrophysics or creating computer games, his other interests include developing apps, such as the Cosmic Universe App for iOS, and making the scientific outreach series Seven Minute Universe.
• Mike Bell: An AI consultant at Moon Collider
• Peter Creasey: A researcher at Leibniz Institute for Astrophysics Potsdam (AIP)
